Clarence was born September 15, 1910 to George Warren and Keziah Mower Tucker in Fairview, Utah, where he received his early education. Clarence was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, having served as First Counselor to the Branch President at the Hidden Hollow Rest Home and as Sunday School President. He often quoted the scriptures, which he dearly loved and studied. For nine years he received deep satisfaction serving as an ordinance worker in the Provo Temple. Clarence will be remembered for his love of music and his unique gift of a vocabulary consisting of seldom used words.
