Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Cedar Stake Center 155 East 400 South in Cedar City, Utah. Visitations will be held Sunday evening, January 4th from 5 to 7 p.m. at Southern Utah Mortuary, and Monday morning at the church from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Burial in the Provo City Cemetery at 3 p.m.
